Classic TV Theme: The Practice (Full Stereo)

Another successful legal drama from David E Kelley, 'The Practice' (1997) ran for eight seasons and was twice named Outstanding Drama Series by the Emmy voters. Kelley saw the series as a sort of rebuttal to 'L.A. Law' and its romanticized treatment of the legal profession. The show's guest stars also received quite a few Emmys, more than any other show according to Wiki. The budgets were cut for the final season, resulting in some cast changes that didn't help declining ratings. The modernistic theme by Tom Hiel and Peter Scaturro won a BFI TV Music Award. 00:00 Opening titles, season one. 00:46 Opening titles, season eight. 01:24 End credits, season eight. (Updated as I forgot to put the title in.)
The Practice
A provocative legal drama focused on young associates at a bare-bones Boston firm and their scrappy boss, Bobby Donnell. The show's forte is its storylines about “people who walk a moral tightrope.”
